Returns:
In case you would like to return the product(s), here is our return policy on returns:
1. Products that are eligible for returns can be returned within 7 days of receiving the Product.
2. Not all Products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to artisans craftsmen, as as keep our prices fair, many items are "Final Sale". Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing. Products sold under "Sale" and other "Promotional offers" are strictly not eligible for returns.
3. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives in damaged, you should email us a photo of damaged product, you must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 48 Hours of receiving your order.
4. For Authorization of returns of your product please email to us at info@banarasivastra.in with below mentioned details:
(A) Order Number
(B) Your Name
(C) email id & Phone number
(D) Product you are returning (Product SKU or Name)
(E) Reason for Return.
5. Our Customer Care team must receive and approve your return request. Upon Authorization of your return request, please follow the stpes below :
(A) Neatly Pack the item you intend to retrun along with Orignical packing material prodcut was shipped in.
(B) Send the product through reputed courier to the below mentioned address:

(C) Share a Image of Courier receipt via email or What's App.
6. Upon Completion of above steps, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. You could choose to get full refund in the form of store credit or get refund on your Payments.
7. If you opt for Store credit, any product can be Purchased from our website in exchange of using the store credit worth the price of returned item.
8. Refund amount of pre-paid orders will reflect in your account once initiated by us.
9. All returns are subject to the discretion of Banarasi Vastra.
